If you wish to cancel your order you must return the items back to us within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.
You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

REFUNDS
We will refund your order on your original payment method within 14 days and send you an email confirmation. Please remember it can take up to seven days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
